About Melissa Sapp

As the wife of an active-duty Air Force member for more than 15 years, I understand firsthand the excitement, challenges, and stress that come with military relocations. After multiple PCS moves across the country, I know that buying or selling a home is about much more than real estate—it's about finding a place to call home.

Before becoming a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Advantage, I spent more than a decade in the real estate and mortgage industries, including six years as a Veterans Buying Agent in Arizona and later as a Mortgage Loan Originator specializing in VA home loans in Alaska. That experience allows me to guide clients through every step of the home buying and selling process with confidence, whether they're first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, military families, or investors.

Today, I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Rapid City, Box Elder, and the Black Hills. My passion is helping military families successfully navigate PCS moves to and from Ellsworth Air Force Base while providing every client with honest communication, exceptional service, and local market knowledge.
